Workshops

Sometimes the best way to slow down, spend time together and grow closer is to bake bread.

For a few hours, forget the to-do lists, the phone and the hurry. Feel warm dough in your hands, hear the crackle of a freshly baked crust, share bread that has just been born at one table.

Between the stages of baking we'll make my signature club sandwich on artisan bread with cured salmon and enjoy a beautiful alcohol-free pairing — Le Pétiot 0% pear cider or a Grüner Veltliner white wine.

I want you to leave not only with a new skill, but with the feeling of a few hours lived very beautifully.

Workshop

3 hours

Perfect for a first encounter with sourdough bread.

We'll bake a gluten-free loaf and finish the journey of a wheat loaf — one you can bake at home or pick up from the bakery the next day.

While the dough rests, I'll talk about the starter — growing it and feeding it — and teach you to understand the processes happening inside the bread.

Workshop

6 hours

A full immersion into the craft.

Together we'll walk the whole path of a wheat loaf — from mixing to shaping — and bake a gluten-free loaf as well.

You'll learn not just to repeat a recipe, but to understand the dough, the starter and all the processes that make homemade bread succeed again and again.

Where does it take place?

You can come to my place — or I'll come to you and hold the workshop in your own kitchen.

That's especially convenient: you learn right away with the very oven, tools and space that will surround you after I leave.

For workshops at your place, travel costs 30 €.
